A story based off of the "Shuuen no Shiori Project", a song series by 150P and Suzumu. The stories are based off of Japanese children's games and urban legends such as one-man hide and seek, doppelgangers, mearry's phone and monkey paw. On the normal, unchanging campus, it suddenly occurred; A murder case where a body was cut open, right into two. On the other side of the unsolved case, the rumor-loving high school students became involved in a certain ritual. From the extremely popular songs on Nico Nico Douga, begins the Project. What is the “Bookmark of Demise”…? Who is the traitor…? What will the conclusion to this story be…? So, can you solve this mystery?

The story takes after Kakujou Youkou, who lives in an apparently typical world where therapeutic innovation has soar to new statures, making it conceivable to totally supplant any human organ. Those behind this are known as the Ame No Tori (Rain of Birds), however everything ends up being a plot against mankind where the new innovation can assume control over its host, in this way transforming them into an executing machine. A team is made called the Jackalope; its will probably obliterate these careless killers before they raise any more devastation. This is the place Youkou's new life starts...

As they perform different experiments, an organization named SERN who has been doing their own research on time travel tracks them down and now the characters have to find a way to avoid being captured by them.
