Synopsis:

A metal fence punctured the heart of a young Taiwanese assassin known as "Glass Heart" who killed herself by jumping from a skyscraper. A heart transplant miraculously saved her life. Strange nightmares she started having throughout her recuperation took her to Japan in search of her heart donor, who just so happens to be City Hunter's ex-partner Kaori Makimura. Note: following Bunch's discontinuation, Angel Heart was directly continued and revived in Monthly Comic Zenon.
