Anyway the guidelines for this "Nine Schools Competition" are not the same as earlier years. One month before the "Nine Schools Competition", critical changes in the standards and occasions were made which constrained every one of the public sorcery secondary schools to be occupied as of recently of the opposition. While Tatsuya is anticipating the following "Nine Schools Competition", a mysterious message is conveyed. The message contains data that another plot will happen during the "Nine Schools Competition". While the opposition is occurring, Tatsuya goes through the dull timberlands of Fuji, to go against the scheme of selling out. The second Year of the "Nine Schools Competition" has started.
