At some point, while heading to his impermanent work, his mom's keepsake ring, the "Mythical serpent's Heart," responds, and Russel is allowed an unforeseen opportunity. He "relapses" back to his days in the foundation. [ You have gotten a mana stone (consumable) as a mission reward.] That is the way Russel starts taking off throughout everyday life. Like a mythical serpent who never got to spread his wings. He crosses the waves called destiny that had pushed down on him and flies into the brilliant world he was recently prohibited from.
